Emma Wight-Boycott MSc mBANT is a registered Nutritional Therapist who is passionate about food and nutritional supplements, quality ingredients, women's health and nutrition for sport, particularly running. She is a member of the British Society of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and holds a Masters degree in Nutrition. Emma works as a consultant to food and nutrition supplement companies worldwide.
Cooking with nutritious tasty ingredients is paramount to her, especially with 2 hungry toddler boys to feed. She enjoys attempting to simplify the science garble, giving it some everyday meaning for most of us, hopefully making it easily digestible, certainly health-promoting and possibly entertaining.
Emma is often consulted by media such as Healthy Living, Essex Gazette, Health Food Business, Running 4 Women, Natural Products and Marketing Week. She has worked on projects for M&S, Sainsbury's and Ryvita, Boots, Tesco and Biocare amongst others.
