I'm a Nutritionist who is passionate about food and nutritional supplements, ingredients, women's health and nutrition for sport, particularly running. My MSc researched supplement use in runners.
I enjoy attempting to simplify the science garble, giving it some everyday meaning for most of us, hopefully making it easily digestable, certainly health-promoting and possibly entertaining. Cooking with nutritious tasty products is important to me.
I've been the Nutritionist for the online magazine Running 4 Women, written articles for cycling and women's health magazine's. I've worked on food projects for M&S, Sainsbury's and Ryvita as well as supplement projects for Boots, Tesco and Biocare.
Currently I'm not taking on patients while on maternity leave :)
